Amber Hard: Did he win Johnny Depp by mentioning the Kate Moss incident?

Johnny Depp-Amber Hard defamation trial is going on this week, but you don’t know it to watch on social media.

The steady stream of hot tax and armchair analysis continues unabated, and legal experts are still weighing in with the predictions of what might happen to the celebrity court case following the trial of Oz Simpson’s murder.

Head took a stand for the first time this week, and his tragic allegations against Depp have made headlines in both the tabloid and mainstream press.

Recalling an instance where he confessed to punching Depp, Hard said he did it to protect his sister, for fear of repeating an alleged incident where the actor pushed his then-girlfriend Kate Moss on a flight of stairs.

“I don’t hesitate and wait – I immediately think of Kate Moss and the stairs,” Hard told the court.

It’s a fleeting reference to an event that happened more than 25 years ago – but it could be a big slip up for Hard.

According to New York PostDepp Attorney Benjamin Chew threw his fist at a “festive acknowledgment” of Hard’s error.

“An ex-boyfriend of Amber Johnny mentioned that he clearly felt he was not being supported, which could not be further from the truth,” a source told the outlet.
