After a week’s vacation, Johnny Depp-Amber Hard’s defamation trial resumed on Monday, with Hard Depp attorney Camille Vasquez taking a stand for questioning.

As we have come to expect from this trial, Hard’s testimony was full of dramatic moments and heinous accusations.

Many of her controversial interactions with Vasquez have revolved around alleged inconsistencies in Herd’s previous testimony, particularly regarding photos taken by the actress, which he said served as evidence of Depp’s addiction and abusive behavior.

Vasquez took issue with that description, noting that cocaine users don’t usually cut the line to sit at a table.

Moreover, the attorney noted, there seems to be no cocaine residue on the table, as one might expect after a long night of partying as described by Hard.

“When you snatch cocaine it usually goes to your nose and then it doesn’t stay on the table,” Vasquez explained.

“If your lips and nose touch the table, there’s a residue of that cocaine, don’t you?”

Hard noted that Vasquez had a special method of sucking as much of Depp’s powder as possible before complaining that he “didn’t know what he was talking about.”

Hard told the court, “The tampon applicant next to the driving license that you can see is a device that I believe my sister taught him to use to hold cocaine.”

He is ready to take a stand and give his account of these events after the trial.

Both Hard and Depp have been charged with substance abuse during the trial, with Hard’s lawyers identifying Depp as a “drug-fueled monster” who often becomes violent when used.

During today’s cross-examination, Vasquez mentioned that he promised to give “music and drugs” to his wedding itinerary with Hard Depp.

The lawyer suggested that it was unusual for a woman to believe that she was marrying a drug addict.

Herd countered that he was right about smoking deep marijuana, and that any other substance would only be for the benefit of the guests.

Depp has acknowledged that he has struggled with substance abuse issues throughout his adult life.

She admits that at the time of her marriage to Hard, she was addicted to opioids and alcohol, and with her help she became clean.

Both actors spoke openly when they used drugs together, several of which turned violent.

May 27 is the day of the final argument in the trial.
