Bethany Frankel responds to mockery of ridicule from her late fianc Erica Jane

Bethany Frankel just can’t believe Erica Jane went there.

On Wednesday night, Jane was a guest on What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, at one point answering questions about her estranged husband, Tom Girardy.

The host asked his polarized guest if he knew anything about Girard’s embezzlement scandal in Tom’s case, alleging he stole money from loved ones in the 2018 plane crash.

Jane, the celebrity gossip lovers probably know by now, has consistently claimed complete ignorance on the subject.

“It’s not uncommon for Tom to do business, which was an incidental fee, to borrow,” Jane replied to Cohen, speaking in detail about Girard’s line of work.

The subject then turned into the September 2021 episode of Bethany Only B with Bethany Frankel Podcast where ex-real housewife reveals that her late ex-fianc Dennis Shields once said Tom owed her “half a million dollars”.

Frankel added that Girardi was “using human money” to support Erica’s lifestyle.

This has been a claim made by many more over the last few months.

“While this may be true, there were debts that were actually repaid,” Jane also told Cohen about the rumor that Tom – who is now in poor health – owes people money.

“I don’t know where Bethany is coming from,” he added to Frankel’s earlier remarks.

“Her man is dead, and my man is in a house, so whatever.

“But at the same time, that’s how the business goes.”

Yes, huh?

Shields is reported to have committed suicide in 2018, with several lashes being raised by viewers who could not believe Jane had made such a mention on television.

Bethany, who was actually a guest on the same aforementioned Bravo talk show on Thursday, responded to the comments on Twitter yesterday.

“Tonight’s episode of @BravoWWHL has been taped so I’m not addressing the comments that hurt you and Denise’s kids, hurt, upset and upset,” he wrote.

“I appreciate your loyalty, heart and sympathy.”

Shields died of an apparent overdose in August 2018, although it was never finalized.

Due to religious reasons, the father of four 51-year-old children has not been autopsied … so no official cause of death has been determined.

For her part, Frankel paid tribute to her late, again off-again boyfriend at numerous events, including the one-year anniversary of her departure in 2019.

“A year ago today, I woke up on a beautiful sunny day with @biggysmallz by the pool, and my world collapsed and turned upside down in an instant,” he began an emotional post on Instagram, along with a photo of Dennis sitting. With two dogs.

He then added:

“A man Dennis, whom I loved and respected, who had been in my life for 30 years, died unexpectedly.”
