Christina Hack returns to custody custody dispute: My ex-boyfriend is abusing me!

Christina Hack is not going away without a fight.
Especially when it comes to her children.
As previously reported, Antwested has taken into custody the two-year-old son of Hudson, who he shared with an HGTV personality with whom he had been married for nearly two years and From Whom he divorced in September 2020.

Unstad not only filed for custody, but also accused his ex-wife of being a missing mother in the process.
According to Ansteed’s legal documents, Christina has spent an average of “9 full days per month” with Hudson over the past 20 months.
He accused his ex-wife of abusing the child, sharing pictures of him on social media to create a follow-up – and even Christina using the child in various money-making / sponsored posts.
In a separate filing, Anastasia asked a judge to ban herself and Christina from using the child in any promotional material without the consent of the other parent.

Citing an example of Christina’s lack of responsibility as a mother, Anastasia cites an incident last summer when Christina Hudson returned to her father in a big sunburn … and then stopped her son’s pain when Anastasia brought him to her.
He further added that Christina had once dropped Hudson – and did not tell Unstad that the baby had tested positive for COVID-19.
In response to the allegations, Christina issued a public statement as follows:
“I am deeply saddened by what the ant is doing. If it is really about Hudson, as he said, it should have been handled by a personal judge or mediator, as my attorney and I have suggested.”
“I have ups and downs but I am a good mother and I love my children with all my heart and I will always protect them.”

Now, meanwhile, US Weekly Christina has shared feedback with personal – and official – readers
On April 28, a judge ruled that Ant had provided “insufficient” evidence against Christina and denied her custody request.
After her ex-husband’s appeal was rejected, Hall fired back at her in a filing of her own.
“I read Mr. Unstad’s statement and was shocked to see false allegations against me,” he said in court documents obtained by US Weekly.

Continue with the interior designer, who previously hosted a flip or flop with her first husband, Tariq El Musa:
“And he believes he has failed to protect our son by sharing custody with me.
“I’m not going to speculate about his actual motivation, but Hudson’s best interest is not to justify his appeal to the court.”
The real estate agent added that the ants were accused of trying to “tarnish my good name and tarnish my image”:
“His attempt to confuse the court is clear if he presents the facts.”

Meanwhile, Christina married Joshua Hall in April.
With Hudson, he shares clothes with daughter Taylor, 11, and son Braden, 6, with Tarek.
