Derrick Dillard in court: Jim Bob Duger stole from everyone, forced his kids

The truth about Jim Bob Dugar may finally come out.
In February, a judge dismissed a lawsuit filed by Jill, Jessa, Zinger, and Joy-Ana Duggar against the Springdale, Arkansas Police Department … because the siblings claimed that the authorities had violated their right to privacy by disclosing information about them years ago. Scandal.
Now, here?
The Sun has received documents that were submitted as part of the legal proceedings for this effort.

As previously reported, Jill Dugar revealed in some of these papers that her father often verbally abused her.
“Sadly, I realized he had become quite restrained, timid and reactive. He verbally abused me,” Jill testified at one point, adding:
“Our relationship is not good.”
Jill – who has spoken openly for years about her separation from her parents – referred to the “trigger” and added that the situation has not improved, saying that being in Jim Bob’s presence these days is “not good for my mental health.”

Sad thing, isn’t it? But this is not a complete shock to anyone who cares about the family.
Similarly, Jill’s husband, Derrick Dillard, sat down to testify on May 25, 2021.
During this formal setting, Dillard emphasized what he had said in the past about his father-in-law, saying for official records that Jim Bob was always in control of his children’s finances.
Derrick has said in the past that Dugar stole millions of dollars from his children by taking their TLC salary for himself.

“Our neighbors sometimes bring boxes of food. And I also got food through the pantry on campus, “Dillard said in his statement about how Jim Bob’s supposed actions affected his immediate family.
Jill and Derrick have often stated that they have not received any compensation since the counting began.
Speaking to People Magazine in late 2020, Jill said she had hired an attorney to help “recover some of the money” owed to her on television, adding:
“It was a process.”

Even then, the amount was not close to what he thought it was.
“It was probably a little higher than the minimum wage,” Dillard said in a video on their Dillard Family official YouTube page.
“But we’ve been able to recover at least some.”

At the same time as the lawsuit was filed in the same court, Jill stated that she had sought therapy / counseling from Josh Dugar, a teenager, after a police report was released alleging sexual misconduct.
(Josh has since confessed to the crime, which helped his parents cover up.)
The legal documents further state that Jill and Derrick entered the couple’s treatment because they were “going through some problems” with her family, especially her father, in relation to the “lack of boundaries” related to contractual concerns.
“Once I saw a whole new dimension to my father, my husband and I began to decide what was best for our family, but not in his best interests,” Jill said, referring to her father as “toxic” as part of the case.

Derrick and Jill are expecting their third child.
It does not seem that the child will have much in common with his grandparents.
“I never expected this to happen or that it would reach this stage,” Jill told People in October 2020 where things stood between her and her parents, adding:
“But I realize I can’t have a timeline for healing. I love my family and they love me. I really have to follow God’s lead and take it one day at a time.”

When people arrived to comment, Jim Bob and Michelle made the following statement:
“Every family sometimes has differences of opinion and point of view, but families work.
“We all love Jill, Derrick and their boys.
“It is our prayer that our relationship is healed and healed quickly!”
