Johnny Depp’s finger tip: How did it get cut and who is responsible?

The Johnny Depp-Amber Hard defamation suit has now become a national obsession for more than a month.

And despite the fact that the trial has seen even more shocking moments, the two incidents seem to have spawned the most conversation, as well as penetrated deep into the collective consciousness of the masses.

One of them – the claim that Herd defecated in Depp’s bed – has inspired countless memes, and seems to act as somewhat comic relief in all the tabloid-ready dramas.

The other served as a kind of microcosm for the whole trial, as both sides were offering vastly different accounts for what Really Happened, and much will depend on who the jury believes.

In 2015 – when he and Hard were in Australia so he could film the fifth installment Caribbean pirates Franchise – Depp injured his right hand.

In testimony, Depp said that during a violent altercation, Hard threw a glass bottle at him and cut off the tip of his finger.

Both sides agreed on some aspects of the incident – the fight took place in the middle of the night on March 7, 2015, and Depp seemed to be in a state of disarray.

Hard and Depp agree that he would stay up all night to the tune of his friend Marilyn Manson’s song and draw on the wall of his rented house with his bloody finger.

But that is where the consensus ends.

Hard says he’s not sure how Depp hit his finger, but he’s not surprised that he was hit, because he was heavily intoxicated at the time of the incident and he broke several bottles.

“He threw the big bottle and it made contact [with the bar] And scattered everywhere. I honestly didn’t feel any pain at first, “Depp testified April 20.

The next morning, Depp’s on-call addiction specialist, Dr. David Keeper, took the actor to a nearby hospital, where he was treated for his injuries.

Why he didn’t tell the emergency room doctor that he had hurt himself, Depp explained:

Depp maintains that he lied to medical staff to protect Hard’s reputation.

In the audio recordings played in court, Depp complained to Heard about the injury, but did not explicitly blame him for it.

Herd, of course, offered a very different account of the incident when he took the position.

He told the court that on the night of the interrogation, Depp sexually assaulted him with a glass bottle.

Hard said under oath that he did not report the incident out of fear of his partner, as well as concerns for a negative press similar to what Depp described.

Photographs taken by Hard in the aftermath of the incident confirm that, using his own blood, Depp painted the penis on the wall and in the artwork of the rented house.

He also scrolled through messages that appeared to be related to Hard’s alleged betrayal, including an inscription, “starring Billy Bob and Easy Amber,” apparently referring to actor Billy Bob Thornton, with whom Hard recently co-starred in the London Fields movie.

Needless to say, much will depend on who the jury thinks is the most credible witness.

Hard’s side is expected to close its case by Friday, and the jury will begin hearing shortly thereafter.
