In an attempt to secure a lenient sentence, several friends and family members wrote to the judge asking for forgiveness.

Ironically, they can only aggravate the situation by reminding the judge that Josh is surrounded by interested people.

One of the letters came from a man named LaCount Reber.

When Josh was released on bond after his arrest, he was not allowed to stay with the children, which meant he could not return to the house he shared with Anna.

Instead, he stays with family friend Rebers – and reveals Lacon’s letter, Josh has a good time with his kids.

“I am writing on behalf of Joshua Dugar, to share my personal observations with you, he came to live with our family last year before his trial. We were able to get to know him and his family, “Reber wrote, according to documents obtained by Radar Online.

“Joshua showed great patience and generosity in communicating with his wife and children,” he continued.

Unlike others who wrote letters to the judge, Lakcount did not mention Josh’s crime.

“Joshua showed great care and consideration as he approached them,” LaCount wrote.

LaCount went on to note that Josh adhered to his test rules – as if he deserved special credit.

“He was given very specific instructions on when to leave and when to return from work,” he wrote.

Like other letter writers, LaCount has done more harm than good.
