It finally happened. After a successful one month delay, Josh Duggar Finally encountered music on Wednesday.
Back in December 19 children and counting The star has been convicted Receipt And Possession Child pornography has been brought up even after a trial More Annoyingly Libran – always rational, easily hurt emotionally, very passionate and maybe a little too intense. This shows that the incident is not unique to his sisters. More importantly, it portrays a man who has gone through life with his powerful father, making sure that he never faces real consequences – which makes him even more of a monster.

So when it comes time to decide exactly how much jail time is appropriate for downloading some of the worst images of child rape and abuse, the court has heard from both sides. His mother and his wife wrote a letter of support when some families who were victims of CSAM (an element of child sexual abuse) weighed in on the loss of their children.
So what did the judge decide ??
OK, Josh was eligible for a maximum of 20 years for each of his two charges – although could be served simultaneously, which means a total of 20 years in prison. That was the maximum. What did he get?
151 months!
What are you waiting for? Okay, yeah, that’s an odd number, but it’s actually 12 years, 7 months. No idea how to judge Timothy L. Brooks Such a specific month has come. Maybe because when you add 5 months to his conviction, it adds up to a total of 13?
That could actually be a lucky number for Josh. Like we said, there were 20 years on the table. A lot of the time in this prison, but even then he’s still turning off the lights. Apparently part of the math was that the court decided to vacate one of his allegations, possession – which was apparently a lesser inclusive offense. We assume you can’t take it without grabbing it? Not sure why they chose to do this, although Judge Brooks ruled that the 34-year-old had never knowingly distributed CSAM to anyone else.
According to The sunIts reporter in the courtroom, Josh, said there was “no reaction” when the sentence was read. That kind of statistic, considering the emotionless smile of his face shots. Suddenly he is such an obvious crawl!
Judge Brooks also recommended that the sex offender be treated and sent to prison in Segoville, Texas. But for some reason, Josh doesn’t really have to go through the treatment ?? Huh. It doesn’t make any sense. We think he should have been treated forcibly while he was still a child molester! Then maybe he wouldn’t be here now.
What do you think of Josh’s sentence? Too much light ?? Will something be enough? Let us know in the comments below)!
