Naomi Judd died of a gunshot wound, daughter Ashley revealed

In April, the music world was shaken by the news that the country’s legendary Naomi Judd had died unexpectedly.
Jude was 76, but was said to be in good health at the time of his death, and loved ones initially indicated that he did not die of natural causes.
Last week, Naomi’s daughter, actress Ashley Judd, confirmed that her mother had committed suicide.
Dr. in a painful interview today Good morning AmericaAshley reveals the method by which Naomi took her own life.

In an effort to draw attention to America’s growing mental health crisis, Ashley confirmed that Naomi had died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
“She suffered a brain haemorrhage. It hurt physically, and I have a hard time figuring out the way my mother chose to continue living, because we don’t want it to be part of the gossip economy.” Revealed by actress Diane Sawyer.
“I’ll share with you that he used a weapon. Mom used a firearm so it’s a piece of information that we’re very uncomfortable to share but understand.”

Ashley went on to reveal that she had discovered her mother’s body.
“It was a mixed day. When I was at home in Tennessee I met my mom every day and pop, so I went home every day. Mom said to me, ‘Will you stay with me?’ And I said, ‘Of course, I will,’ “Jude recalled.
“I went upstairs to let him know that his best friend was there and I discovered him. I have both grief and trauma to discover him.”

Ashley and her sister Winona both addressed the crowd at last week’s Country Music Hall of Fame event, where their mother was supposed to be honored.
“Our mom can’t stand still until she’s inducted into the Hall of Fame by her peers,” Ashley told GMA.
“It simply came to our notice then.
Ashley concludes with an important message to all loved ones fighting mental illness.

“My mother knew she had been seen and heard of her pain, and she was taken home,” he said.
“When we talk about mental illness, it’s very important to distinguish between our loved ones and the disease. It’s very real, and it’s false, it’s rude.”
Throughout her legendary life, Naomi was open about her struggle with severe depression.

In 2018, he wrote an open letter for Mental Health Awareness Week 2018.
“For everyone mourning the death of a suicide, an inevitable question arises: why did this happen? Unfortunately, we do not have a very good answer,” the musician wrote at the time.
“Suicidal people have problems with mood, emotion control and aggression, all of which involve isolated circuits in the brain that control these aspects of human experience,” Jude continued.

“But we still don’t understand how these circuits circulate in the brains of suicide victims.”
It is a pity that Naomi has been battling this disease for so long on the eve of the greatest honor of her career.
