Rob Kardashian has accused Black China of violating the agreement, asking the court for help

Last month, the Kardashian family won their defamation suit against Black China.

It was a complex case involving multiple Kardashians and Geners, their short-lived e! The deal, and of course the precious little dream.

Rob and China have reportedly reached an agreement with each other over their year-long retaliatory porn lawsuits.

Now, Rob is accusing China of pulling out of the deal, and China’s attorney is accusing Rob of a new crime.

Rob Kardashian is currently asking a judge to hold Black China in a deal that the two have allegedly said.

TMZ Robb reportedly submitted the documents Monday.

According to her lawyers, Chyna has agreed to drop a lawsuit against her for that horrific revenge porn incident … on one condition.

The conditions, according to the documents, were that Rob must help exclude China from a separate lawsuit.

Remember all that ugly business with Pilot Jones, who – among other things – accused the previous couple of expelling him as a homosexual?

Robb said he agreed to work to get China out of the case.

Robbie wanted to get China out of that legal mess at no cost.

He says he agreed to drop the revenge porn case in return.

According to Rob’s filing, he accepted the deal, but Chyna is now threatening to go ahead with a retaliatory porn lawsuit, taking it to trial.

Obviously, this is exactly what Rob and his legal team wanted to avoid in the first place.

Rob wants him to formally drop the case.

He is asking the court to enforce the agreement that the access hit each other.

Black China Attorney, Lynn Siani, responded to the case and spoke TMZ.

“Under California law, settlement negotiations are confidential,” Siyani insisted.

He asserted that his confession had been obtained through torture, and that his confession had been obtained through torture.

“Under California law, Chyna is allowed to disclose that negotiations are underway to settle a retaliatory porn lawsuit against her ex-fianc,” Cianni said.

“When and if there is a confidential settlement in this case,” he noted, “the selection will alert the court first and then the media.”

Siani continued: “In a pre-trial trial in April 2022, a Los Angeles jury rejected Rob’s testimony that China had physically abused him.”

Siani then insisted: “The jury found that China, in fact, did not physically abuse Rob.”

This is a significant and divisive issue, but it is not here or there in court cases.

It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.

As it stands, the revenge porn trial is set to begin next week.

The court may hold an emergency hearing to remedy the Lord’s request.

Perhaps Chyna’s own filing will shed light on why she is breaking a contract.

Rob and China’s relationship was full of strife and conflict, and the years of their separation were no different.

This is an ugly case, and we hope it will be resolved soon.

However, we hope it has been resolved fairly. We all know that disagreements in and out of court are sometimes wrongly settled.
