The abducted woman was found ‘chained to her ankle’ – saying she had been sexually abused

Police discovered a 36-year-old woman in the West Pullman neighborhood of Chicago was “chained to her ankle” in an abandoned home Saturday evening.

The victim, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not named, told reporters he “believed he had been in an empty house since last Monday,” and could not remember how long he had been in prison. He further explained how he had cried out for help for “days” before finally hearing.

To make matters worse, the South Side resident revealed that the man who had committed such atrocities with her was someone she already knew. In his statement, he stated:

The woman said her assailant dragged her to an abandoned home on South Egleston Avenue, where she was handcuffed and chained. She said she then raped him twice.

After finding the abducted woman and calling the police, it was reported that someone had been seen leaving the house. The man who discovered him, Antion Dobine, streamed the whole event live Facebook. He described to police the face of the man who fell, saying he was “five feet eight” and wearing a corduroy jacket.
Once released, the woman was taken to a local hospital for treatment of any injuries. The 36-year-old thanked Antion for helping him that day, saying:
“He could have ignored me, but he listened to me and he helped me. I’m just blessed, I’m really blessed.”
The investigation is still ongoing, but the victim has warned that he believes the suspect will “hit again.”
