Tuesday, d Crisley knows best The stars have been convicted of bank fraud and tax evasion and could soon face up to 30 years in prison.
According to a court clerk in the northern Georgia district, the couple’s accountant, Peter TarantinoHe was convicted of aiding and abetting the filing of a false tax return.

A sentencing date has not yet been set, but Crisley will remain at home until that hearing. Todd’s lawyer Bruce Morris To say TMZ:
“We are disappointed with the verdict. We are planning to make an appeal. “
As we reported, Crisley and his accountants were indicted in 2019, with prosecutors alleging that they had defrauded the bank of millions of dollars in debt. In addition, the U.S. Attorney’s Office says it has actively defrauded the government by evading federal income taxes.
The lawsuit alleges Todd worked with a partner to disguise 4 million in his bank accounts. In fact, they did not even have an account with that bank at the time.
