Travis Scott sues for wrongful death for abortion after AstroWorld stamped

Travis Scott’s reputation has not yet been restored after the November 2021 Astroworld tragedy.

Ten people died as a result of the injuries, and some of their families – along with others injured – blamed the organizers and actors.

Travis is the only one to sue Shanazia Williamson for multiple injuries at the concert.

Under Texas law, she is suing for unjust death, alleging that the crowd swelled and trampled on her to cause an abortion.

Travis Scott, whose real name is Jack Webster, is being prosecuted along with multiple defendants.

Those named in the lawsuit include Live Nation, Scoremore Holdings and ASM Global.

Shanazia Williamson filed the lawsuit on November 21, the same month as the November 5 tragedy at Astroworld.

His initial lawsuit alleges that he joined Astroworld only to be trampled during the infamous and deadly mob.

According to the filing, Williamson suffered injuries to his shoulders, back, chest, legs, abdomen and other parts of his body.

Twenty-five people were hospitalized and more than 300 were reported injured, far from being alone.

TMZ They had a hand in Williamson’s case, where Che accused the defendants of “failing to plan, design, conduct, manage, staff and supervise the event.”

The filing states that the failure was “a direct and immediate cause for the death of Shanazia and the death of her and Jarod’s (her partner’s) unborn child.”

She is accusing the defendants of causing the unjust death of her potential child, due to the trauma that led to her miscarriage.

The initial lawsuit alleges numerous injuries, including “breathing problems, chest pain” and “leg pain as well as injuries to other parts of his body.”

Which was filed on 21 November.

A month and a half later, the case was amended to include unjust death.

Texas law is notorious in many ways, including this subject, and is therefore very relevant in this case.

Under state law, the death of a fetus due to negligence can be the basis for an unjust death case.

An interesting condition is that it does not matter whether the fetus was active or how far the pregnancy was.

Shanazia’s case does not say how far she was during her pregnancy, but under Texas law, the case seems unfounded.

It would seem that she would only have to prove that she had been injured in Astroworld and that her injuries had resulted in an abortion.

That … and he has to prove that negligence on the part of the defendants, among them Travis Scott, which provoked the deadly mob.

This is interesting because the ill-conceived Texas law was conceived out of hatred.

The goal, of course, is to bring abortion as close to criminalization as possible, to create a culture of fear, and to empower abusive partners and relatives in the body of the police public.

Given that political losers who generally hate personal injury cases in the face of such national policies, it seems unlikely that lawmakers would have predicted this use of the law.

The public is not entirely sure what happened in Astroworld outside of the tragedy.

The whole thing can be seen in court for all of us to understand the sequence of events that led to the stampede.

Travis Scott is the most famous name associated with what happened, but it’s not clear if he could have done anything else. Again, this must be decided by the court.
